It is specially designed for new construction and can be used as a primer, midcoat, finish coat or as a single-coat system in atmospheric conditions.Penguard Express has very fast dry-to-recoat or dry-to-handle properties. It has a wide application temperature range from -5C to 40C.suitable to use on properly prepared carbon steel, aluminium, and concrete and galvanized steel substrates. It can be applied at sub-zero surface temperatures.
