Happy Customer My first time using this company. I purchased some roaches, isopods and crickets. Items were received quickly but unfortunately the crickets were dead (likely due to the heat). I notified Silkworm who quickly replied and sent out a replacement which were safely received. Very good customer services and will certainly use again. Thank you.
